An Eye Liner to "Dye" For!

I have always loved MACs Smolder Khol Pencil (RRP £13.00 ) for it's softness and intensity, but anyone who has ever  placed it into the inner rims of the eyes and used it on a shoot, will know the problem with Smolder is that it ends up smudging around the eyes! Not very good, unless you're going for the grunge look!

I was introduced to 24/7 Glide-on Eye Pencil by Urban Decay (RRP £13.00) for use on an artist who was on tour and needed something intense, that didn't budge during her exuberant performance on stage and this certainly did the job, as it is waterproof and after a few moments it sets in place.  So good is it, that it's like a good curry....that just keeps repeating on you! No matter how much you think you've removed all traces the night before, you will still find traces of it on your eyes days later!

But my latest find, is quite a surprise! It is  Contour Clubbing Waterproof Black Party Pencil by Bourjois (Available at Superdrug RRP £4.99) Bargain! Its smooth on the eye, as intense as MACs Smolder as long wearing as Urban Decays Glide-on, but unlike the other two, it does not run and it's a lot easier to remove.  At those prices, I shall be stocking up with the full range of colours!
